Returns
Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
There is a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your original purchase upon return.
To qualify for a return, the product must be completely unopened and the vacuum sealed package of product must remain intact.
Once the vacuum-sealed bag has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Due to hygienic and safety reasons, all opened products are final sale. No exceptions can be made.
If the bag has been opened, ownership of the product transfers fully to the customer.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be received in original condition, including:
The unopened, vacuum-sealed product
The original box
The original canvas bag
Any included packaging materials
Returns that arrive incomplete, opened, damaged, or altered in any way may be denied.

Touch of Strand is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen return packages.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and requiring a signature upon delivery to ensure your return reaches us safely.
How to Submit a Return
Email us at hello@touchofstrand.com within 14 days of purchase to notify us of your intent to return.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase in your email.
Once approved, ship the product back to the address listed above.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the return to confirm it meets our eligibility requirements.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
Additional Notes
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided all eligibility requirements are met.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
The product must be completely unopened and the vacuum-sealed package must remain intact
Opened products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances due to hygienic and safety reasons
The product must be returned in its original condition, including:
Unopened, vacuum-sealed product
Original box
Original canvas bag
All included packaging materials
If the vacuum seal has been broken, ownership of the product transfers fully to the customer and the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:
Email us at hello@touchofstrand.com within 7 days of purchase to notify us of your intent to exchange.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase, along with the product you wish to exchange for.
Our team will work with you to coordinate the exchange and confirm availability of a replacement product of similar value.
Once approved, ship the unopened product back to us at the address listed below.
Exchange Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including:
Shipping the original product back to Touch of Strand
Shipping the replacement product back to the customer
All exchange shipments must be tracked. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and requiring a signature upon delivery.
Touch of Strand is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages during the exchange process.

Fulfillment of Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets eligibility requirements, we will ship the approved replacement product.
Replacement items will be of equal or similar value. If there is a price difference, additional charges may apply or a partial refund may be issued, depending on the situation.
